If more is known about the psychological impact of physical illness then treatment for any psychological distress associated with the illness can be improved.

No you do not have to take part in the study. Please take the time to read the following information before you make your decision.
Where and when will the study take place?
If, after reading this information, you decide you would like to take part in the study then you will be asked to complete an online consent form before being directed to the online questionnaires. We ask that you complete the questionnaires in one sitting but they can be accessed at any point via this page.
